Many people have asked for resources or recommended books. So, I've compiled a list of AQS appraiser recommended titles available from Amazon. These are the books that AQS requires for their appraiser course of study. Many are hard to find/out of print or lacking a picture. But they are excellent resources, whether or not you are studying to be an appraiser with AQS
